I just purchased Just Cause 3 from the steam store after I downloaded it and it either says "unable to complete request (missing executable)" or "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. (0x5AA) " I have no idea what to do now, I checked my antivirus and i have reinstalled the game several times. I have done all these stupid tricks from youtube videos but none of them have seemed to work. It makes me sad that steam support is so incompetent that
I cant even get on the phone with somebody for help. Please give ideas if you have them I actually don't know what to do now.

Please do this so we get more info:
In Steam click Help>System Information. Then right click the text and click "copy all text to clipboard" and then paste it in here.
If you don't use steam in english then please switch to english first.

EDIT: Or maybe do a benchmark instead. http://userbenchmark.com/
link the results, maybe your PC is just slow..
