Steam is 100gb without games?

Why is steam listed as being 100gb and then the games I've installed are listed differently? If they were under the same umbrella I'd understand, but this seems like a lot for a single program.

What do you mean with 100GB? Only Steam itself can never ever reach 100GB. You must be having games.

there are log files which can inflate and end up being gbs due to errors

well steam is listed as being 100gb. But then each game I currently have downloaded is shown to be taking up space seperately.

I know I'm not explaining this well but I'm not sure how to say it. Is there a way to clear log files?

Yes, you can use the clean up system files function in disk clean up,
Go into windows explorer, right click on your C drive and choose properties, you can see the disk clean up button on the general tab, hit that, then clean up system files and tick the boxes of the logs you want deleting.

I'm using IOBit Uninstaller. Clearing Cache and whatnot didn't help much. Thanks for the effort so far guys

Uninstall information is never an accurate representation of the size on disk. It's listing steam with some/all the games, as well as all the games separately.

If you are checking the folder size in file explorer, you can check which games are taking up space:
Local Disk(C:)->Program Files(or wherever you store it)->Steam->steamapps->common
