I need help with trading
can steam let me trade and skip the 15 day thing cause i want to trade skins on csgo but it says i need to wait 15 days is there a way u can take that off?

No but you can make it go faster by getting a mobile authenticater. You will still have to wait 7 days from the moment you get it but after than you get to not wait at all. That is the only way to bypass the 15 day trade hold.

No, they don't do that on request.
