Steam and Paypal Not accepting American Express Gift Card
Trying to buy a game for 30 and i just bought a 50 dollar card

Did you register your billing info with AmEx?

For many online purchases, yes. When you purchase something with it, the billing info (like your address) is submitted as well for comparison.

There should be a phone number or website on the back of the card.
