Ok, for starters your GPU is to old for the games you recently played. The minimum for half-life source is DirectX 7 and you have 6.
Maybe it could be fixed by updating your drivers but I would not be to hopeful.

Half-life source is a slightly spruced up version of the original half-life, if you get the original half-life then that might work but still not work well.

Hl2:dm also requires directx 7.
