How to change the Steam temp folder
I'v got a PC for game.
There is a 128G SSD for System files and a 3T HDD for games.
I'm looking forward a way to move ‘temp’ to a ramdisk.
Please help! XD

Absolutely no point doing so. Downloads won't get any faster by moving the temp folder to any faster storage.

What ReBoot said, Even standard HDD's have write speeds of well over 150MB\s. you'd need 1.2Gb\s internet to max that out.

Oh, maybe I didn't express clearly. I main using a software turning my ram as a disk. So I'll got a higher read-write speed if I can rewrite the address of the temp folder into my ramdisk.:steamhappy:

Not all folders benefit equally. If a folder is used for downloading stuff, it won't benefit.

Ramdrives are very cool. Have moved games like Fallout 4 totally into Ramdrive memory to remove stuttering and loading screens (which it does). You have to create a .Bat file to xcopy the game+data folders+subfolders, and then xcopy out the save game files to SDD/HD once you've gotten your gaming fix. You possibly could (if you had enough RAM).. xcopy the entire Steam folder into a RAMDRIVE, stuff your game in it, and see what happens. Anyone up to a weekend of experimentation with 32GB-64GB of RAM to use for the RAMDrive? :)
