Problems with steam.

The store was even more glitched, but it seems to of had fixed itself. Please help
IDK if this helps, but here are my specs:
8GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 745? (It also seems that when in search start NVIDIA - I get no results.)
AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7 12 Compute Cores 4C+ 8G 3.50GHz 2 Cores
1.80 TB Drive
Please Help.

For example, there is a 1982 banner on every profile going from top to bottom, the games have incorrect thumbnails even of youtube videos I've seen or just passed by. The store pages and workshop pages are all over the place and the "Subscribe" button has all three options on it: "Subscribe Subscribed Unsubscribe"

The delete all cache button and I believe that its the "HTTP cache" folder too. so I looked into that too. Maybe I just have to restart my computer and/or steam again?

Tried both, nope. Guess I'll have to consult the article, and if I find no help there, I'll proceed to reinstall steam. Thanks for everything. (also I did that too before I'll do that again then.)
Edit: Still nothing. I'll reinstall steam once it gets out of hand.
