steam wont launch

i am on windows 10 and i downloaded it while i had windows 10.
after almost a year of using it it just stoped working it would launch the bootstraper in the task manager, and then after a few seconds it disapears and nothing else hapens.
i have tried almost 20 diftent tutorials and none of them worked.
please help.

how do you activate safe mode?

Delete everything from tue Steam folder except Steam.exe and SteamApps. Double click Steak.exe afterwards.

i dont have a aplication named steak.exe

Its Steam.exe and its in the folder where you installed Steam.

i cant delete all of the files

it says that the files are being used

Start your system in safe mode and delete the files.

i am not alowed to turn off the computer

Then install Unlocker and see what programs are using the folder.

it says that it is being used by steam.exe

[ReBoot]

Then you need to close Steam.exe from the task manager.
