(SOLVED) Failed to create D3D9 Device.

Hello Everyone i am glad to finally bring out a real solution
I had this problem just like everyone else i was frustrated
Completely Done with this situation until It Occurred to me
that it was something to do with the drivers i was like that's
insane because i just got done UPDATING MY DRIVERS, i found this solution And it worked for me i am just SIMPLY SHARING WHAT WORKED for me an hope it does the same to you guy's, it works for all game's, story behind all this, I was at search for four whole days
just trying to get an answer to my problem i tried everything from
the web from steam Youtube Reddit anything you could of possibly
think of i did , i tried doing the resolution editing, i tried the(launch options) from steam DId the Direct X thing, i went through it all i was so frustrated i literately was going to delete everything out of my frustration, PS also when you choose to install it will ask you if you want the Recommended Version which should be on the top it looks like a circle an then MAKE SURE
YOU DO SELECT IT
