Bitpay error, my money gone!!!!!!

Yesterday I tried to take the game with bitpay.

I sent the money. My money gone but bitpay error.
Valve not help they are sleeping all the time.

Note: Do not buy game from steam, they are fraud.

If the bitpay site gave you an error, contact bitpay to see what has happened.

Also check the status of your order in your Steam account page https://store.steampowered.com/account/

It sounds like there was an error on the bitpay end meaning valve never had any money, your order will probably show as pending until bitpay resolve it and tell valve that there will be no money and then bitpay would refund you your money.

You've been on Steam for at LEAST 5 months so you know they aren't 'fraud'.

No, not pending. My bitcoin wallet is completed. Valve have my money they check and see.

If the transaction failed, then your payment provided failed to deliver the money to Valve. That in turn means that your money never left Bitpay's hands. That in turn means that it depends on them hen the money will return.

The payment process from bitpay to Valve takes time and isn't an instant process.

No, i do not know, neither does anyone else. If you have an account issue where the money hasn't arrived after 12 - 24 hours then contact support - they are the ONLY ones that can resolve payment issues.

Steam support does not respond

They check and see my money, but steam dont look
I added evidence to them, but they did not answer.

I am angry now. Im not rich, u guys buy for me or shut up

If the payment failed, Steam support can't do jack as Valve doesn't have the money.
