GTX 1050 Ti + FX 8320 Low FPS

Me and my friend cant solve the fps problem BF1 should run 75+ FPS on med setting it runs about 35-40 we had about 79C on cpu but we solved that and CPU runs stable 55C. We thought it was thermal throttle but 50C is low temp so why the FPS didnt changed at all?

eventually reinstall windows. if this brings no change, you may have hardware defect.

The CPU temp was one issue.

I say do a clean installation Windows install to rule out any software issues.

Get MSI afterburner with rivatuner, then setup to display CPU & GPU temps, and CPU, GPU, and RAM usage.

• If temps for GPU to high it will thermal throttle
  
• If CPU usage at 100%, then it means it's at it limit, as it could mean the game to much for it, or something you have in the background sucking up the usage as well.
  
• If GPU usage not at 100/99/98% then that means it's not working very much as it should meaning something wrong with it, could be bad driver, which you do DDU in safemode to wipe your driver's, then install the latest, or a older version of the drivers that you know that works.
  
• If you're using up all your RAM, this can cause multiple issues such as low fps, stuttering, and software crashing, but that doesn't sound like an issue you describe so it shouldn't be that issue. This issue is also same when HDD when under heavy load staying at 100%.
  
  
• If all else have failed you can try reinstalling Windows.

GTX1050ti is a low end gpu and i think ~40fps in BF1 is normal.

its actually not i have 5pcs... one of them has a gtx 1050ti and it gets 60fps around there

Yep 1050 ti should run mid-high setting 60fps.

And, DX12 or 11?

Also is your FX8320 set up right in bios, c1e/ c n q/ turbo core all disabled. In windows set to High Performance?

What's the cpu your other 1050ti is paired with?

Ps, BF1 likes lots of system ram.

RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 0 in command line in game or create user cfg
=60 fps gtx 570@890/2400.disabling LightTileCsPath will killl lamp lights for you but its a performance killer.my cpu is old i7 860 @4.2ghz .game runs great after disabling LightTileCsPath.those commands are most important for the the performance in bf1,and cpu at least oc to 3.8-4 ghz.ah and game needs more then 8 gb ram or 7-6,8gb free ram and disabled page file(checked by my self),its very important for the performance also
