Limited account - Operation Hydra Access Pass

I want to ask, if purchasing Operation Hydra Access Pass for 5.40€ = 6.29$ will make my Account non-limited again. My account was non-limited and today it's suddenly limited (I don't know why).

You most likely became limited because a change in your currancy rate dropped you below $5usd spent in store.

The Operation Hydra Access Pass purchase will give a comfortable buffer.

EDIT: Or it could just be a temporary bug.

Hey, what about my account, I've purchased some bundles but more than a year ago, so my account is currently limited. If I buy something for more than 5$, this will make automatically my account unlimited? or I have to wait anyways one month (currently I have 5$ in my wallet I've added like 2 weeks ago). Thanks.

If it's been over a year since you purchased something directly from the steam store, then community market is restricted until you do (for any amount), then wait 30 days.

The 4th pinned thread at top of "Help and Tips" explains limited accounts

Doesn't indicate a limited account, if that's your definition of "ok".

sorry, when I say Ok I mean if the steam system for limited accounts is working correctly or not (at least for me) and the limitation is correctly applied. Here's a cap when I try to buy a card:

Read the text! It clearly says that you already bought something and the restriction will be lifted.

I know, but I don't want to wait, that's why I'm asking for. if that's correct or not (I see that limitation is correct), and if can be removed or not before that date.
