Appcrash 0xc0000005 in every Steam game

Anyone know how to fix this 0xc0000005 error? I can`t play almost any of my games. I tried almost every troubleshoot from internet.

I have tried:
-reinstalling windows;
-reinstalling steam;
-reinstalling games;
-installing in different drives;
-veryfing integrity of files;
-running with administrator privileges;
-running with integrity with older windows;
-disabling antivirus and firewall;
-reinstalling gpu drivers;
-reinstalling redistributable packages;
-trying selective startup;
-running sfc and memory tester;
-reinstalling almost all of the drivers;
-tried different slots for ram memory.

My PC specs: CPU: Intel i5-6500, GPU: MSI GTX 1060 Gaming, MOBO: MSI B150M PRO VDH, RAM: HyperX 16gb ddr4 2133 mhz , HDD: Toshiba p300 1tb, SSD: Goodram Iridium Pro 240gb, PSU: beQuiet! System Power 8 600w, Windows 10.

Ok,maybe It's a old thread but since the last update of Steam almost all my games crash with ''Appcrash bla-bla-bla error'' and reinstall driver-visual c-ecc didn't work..
After googling I've found that the problem was the program ''Rivatuner (boundle with MSI Afterburner)''.So after installed the last beta version (Guru3D RTSS Rivatuner Statistics Server Download v7.0.0) the problem is fixed..I don't know what happened with the last Steam Update...
