About OneVanilla Visa Gift Card..

Hello, guys. Last time, i used a Visa Gift card (OneVanilla, non-rechargable) and when I was about to put money in my account, it said it can't do the purchase because of the invalid billing address, or something like that. I did make my address/zip code in the OneVanilla card, and after doing so, and now I am stuck. I wanted to buy $30 game, but buying two of the $20 Steam gift card is way too much to spend. Please help!
