Error code -105

I don't know what happened but i can't reach the Steam website even in browser or Steam program.
Now i do this action by my phone and using cellular. how do i fix this?.
Sorry bad grammar
Everypage on steam said it was error 105 and error code -118(A few sec ago)

I just re router first time it won't work but i do that for a second time and it work normally.

im having another problem with another error its error -2 i dont know what it is it just happened onto my steam one day its been at least a week since it happened

whenever i go onto the store,community,or even my profile it'll say error code: -2 failed to load page (unknown error)
