Clean the poop that got inside the laptop because of the fans.
If I were you I would stop buying overpriced Dell laptops when you can buy a desktop for half the price with the same specs or better.
An Alienware laptop shouldn't have problems running TF2 or CSGO. It sounds like you've got a dud or haven't been taking care of your computers.
It sounds like you need to send it back to Dell for repairs...which might be iffy. Otherwise, get a better service plan in the future.
You might try contacting their support or asking here:

A laptop needs more cleaning because of how it's build(so small and with less mesh and space they get clogged more often), add to that that they heat more while you play games.
Still after doing so you could have other issues with the pc because having it clean outside(hardware) doesn't mean it's clean inside(software).
Best to build a desktop pc from scratch, you save more and have less issues.
It's getting to the point now where you can even buy cheap, premade mid-end gaming desktops and it's practically the same or sometimes less than building it yourself.
Higher end builds will usually be cheaper to build yourself though.
