if Steam not insalled Steam Client Service by self, run %full path%\bin\steamservice.exe -install in cmd.exe as Administrator
but some games can still run updates - like Payday2 or Ubisoft or MMO with thrid party clients
I managed to in install it I just reformed my haedrive
I went into my storage settings and set everything that I ever install to the secondary drive :) thanks for your help do you mind if I add you as a friend as you know what your doing
The previous version should be stopped and deleted, the antivirus should not interfere with the process otherwise it will fail.
And copper is always copper - the speed is always higher by an order of magnitude than that of wireless communication, it is reliable and does not depend on the neighbor's router, the faulty refrigerator in the bar on opposite side of road, mercury lamps on the lighting poles along the road, the moon phase and magnetic storms on the sun
I have never in any of the many many years i have had android and ios devices on my wireless network ran into any issues with a windows pc not being able to access the internet or web pages.
Just delete the files inside and re-run Steam.exe with the Run As Admin option, now it's reinstalled.
