CANT HOST ANY SOURCE GAME HELP

Hi guys, my problem is that i can't host any source game BUT I HAVE EVERY SINGLE PORT OPENED and idk what's happenind i did a minecraft server and the port 25565 works, also if i change the minecraft server's config port to 27015 I SEE MY SERVER ONLINE and with source games I DONT SEE MY SERVER ONLINE and no one can join!! Help. SORRY FOR CAPS BUT IM SO CRAZY!! i've been trying for A LOT OF HOURS to fix this HEEELP :'C

What source game.
Are you using the Dedicated Server tool or in-game "create server" option.
Have you set sv_lan to 0
Have you added a different port into the launch options IE (27050)

But...before we get into that, have you ever crunched the numbers for what it requires to host a server? If you have 1Mbit up internet...it's NOT going to cut it.

Also some ISPS block all incoming connections unless your router made the initial request to begin with, which might be your problem.

how do i do that?
i also tried heartbeat cmd

not the dedicated tool
