Refund bug or something

So i got this game called Call of Duty Black ops 3 and it was 30 and i got the DLC which was 30 and played it for 1 week so today i decided i wanted a refund and for some reason it wouldnt let me refund so im here writing this. i read the refund rules and it said i was able to refund before 14 days. BTW i have more than 2 hours on the game.

15.7 hours total for the game+dlc.

that is almost 8x the 2 hour limit.

The requirement is: less than 2 hours of gameplay AND less than 2 weeks of ownership. With your 15 hours of gameplay, you're no longer eligible for a refund.

2 hours of gameplay is the limit.... or a few weeks of ownership... whichever comes first i believe
