Advice for a good co-op FPS in futuristic/sci-fi setting?

I'm bored with all that Steam has to offer now - L2D, Boredomlands, Payday, Teamfortress.

I don't awnt pvp part since it would be all corrupted by cheaters for certain.

I totally don't want zombies as enemies and I want futuristic weapons, preferably deeply customizable.

I wish for something like Mass effect gameplay and the closest I found is Halo 5. wich is not available on PC (damn MS!).

Any suggestions are welcome!

Try Defiance, the PvP is entirely optional and only in arenas you have to queue for.
All the story can be done in co-op.

No idea about that. Never heard about that and as i'm not from Russia i can't say if that's true. Would be strange if that's the case.
