it says: C:\ Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe

Windows cannot find 'C:\ Program Files (x86)\Steam\steam.exe', Make sure you typed the ma,e correctly, and then try again.

You go to your library, right click on the game and then select to Uninstall.

What? That is, most likely, Steam's installation directory in your machine. You want to uninstall the game, and not the client.

It doesn't go away if it is still installed.

This.

But if, for some reason, you can't find it there, go to the list of installed apps on your system, find the game, and uninstall it through there. The effect is the same of uninstalling through the client.

I downloaded PUBG, refunded it, but didn't delete the game before refunding it. When i go to Settings>System>Storage>This PC (C:)>Apps & games (Windows 10) it's still there taking up 14,63GB (including test server) and when i click it and select uninstall the error i listed earlier comes up.
