Revoked Gifts
So this winter with all the winter sales on different sites, I got a lot of games through other sites (like humble bundle) I didn't want. So I decided to gift a lot to a friend of mine. I send the games to my friend, my friend activates them, and after a week or so they all get revoked. So a whole lot of games just gone. I can't find any help on how to get them back so I decided to ask here :sfsad:

humblebundle is a legitimate site, but it sounds like you bought from grey market like g2a, which means there is no way to get help, you got scammed. submit fraudulent reports on paypal or whatever you used to pay.

because you are not suppose to ask here .. you are suppose to ask at the third party sites where you bought the keys at.

so go to these sites and find the contact form and mail them, if they do have a live support take advantage of that.

You got scammed, the gifts were more than likely carded.

The codes are legit, I used some myself and another friend some.
I suspect that this happened because my friend recieved a lot of codes

Not if the publishers revoked them, they weren't.

They don't revoke codes just because you got a lot of them (I've activated dozens of games from Humble Bundle and/or Store) never had a problem.

Codes are only revoked because they were either not paid for (free review keys for example occasionally get revoked some time after the release of a game), or the payment for them was charged back.

It doesn't matter whether you think they were legit or not, you bought from a gray market, buy first party or VERIFIED THIRD PARTY only, humblebundle, uk.gamesplanet.com, greenmangaming, you don't buy from places other than those verified third parties or steam because your keys will be revoked and nothing you can do because they were originally bought with a stolen credit card for example.

As Darren said, they don't revoke codes simply for activating many of them.
One of my buddies has 7,426 games and counting & he has never had any games revoked for that reason.

Keys are usually revoked if they was bought from fraudalent sites such as g2a or other similar sites.

All games came from humblebundle and greenmangaming. Contacted both sites waiting for reply

That's pretty much unprecedented. So you purchased the games yourself from humblebundle.com and greenmangaming.com and have the receipts in your email inbox?

I mean, for the games from two separate legitimate sources to be revoked simultaneously is bizarre. Can you see the games listed in your friend's profile? Is your friend trustworthy? Did you notice before they were revoked that they had really activated them? Sometimes when you gift people stuff they will trade it away.
GMG had one issue once, but they made sure to crack down on where they got their keys from. however, it's possible OP's credit card company revoked it themselves (some of them seeing buying big quantity of games as suspicious and chargeback without telling the person, have seen this before and it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥)

Then the games I kept for myself would have been revoked too. But that's not the case.
Friend is trustworthy and those games are not displayed in owned games

Games don't disappear "silently". I've recently had a case where a publisher (or a self-publishing developer, more likely) revoked keys from a giveaway; Steam gave me an "iunmissable" popup and required me to confirm that I had seen it for this to go away.

Games disappearing for no apparent reason are more likely to be cases of someone having multiple accounts and (usually) randomly putting games on one or the other.

only one who can help you is the retailer themselves, steam can not assist in keys you obtain from third party.

For make everything more clear
can you tell us what games get revoked?

and how do you know your friend's games get revoked?do they tell you?or you check their library?
