How to Open a Support ticket?
I wanted to ask steam to unlink my account from the social club because the rockstar is fixing reasons not to do it, I wanted to see if I could get it by steam support.

Sorry for the bad english, im Brasilian.

So you're saying you contacted Rockstar Games' support and they refused to help you?
Baum Jan 17, 2017 @ 4:23am
There are no support tickest anymore. However, your Steam account is not technically linked to the Rockstar Social Club, some games like Gta 5 just require to have an account there. Simply delete your rockstart socail clbu account.

Wrong. There are still support tickets. But Steam Support can't help with third party services like the Rockstar Social Club.
Arisuy must contact Rockstar support about problems with Rockstar Social Club.

I mean the support tickets we used to have, without those precise categories to choose from.

Then you should have said that. Instead you said:

Which is just plain wrong.
Additionally, there are still categories, based on from which support article you contact Support from.

I already told you that Steam Support can not help you with problems related to third party software or services.
Contact Rockstar Support.

You would have to contact Rockstar's Support. Go to their website: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200146056
And request an account deletion. Be aware that newer games from rockstar are tied to this account.

a new way to support the work better than the old one:
you can either find a solution by themselves or find support from game developers, or steam support, but only on those issues that are in support's competence - if you want to remove the ban, to fix a problem caused by a bad update the game or ask how to cook bacon, make an omelet, solve philosophical , moral and ethical issues, diverting support from work, you do not get ticket form
