8GB Ram but only have 2GB usable [Fix]

Hey guys, I've had this problem and found a fix for it so Ill give a quick guide to how to fix it here.
Step 1: Hold the windows key and press R at the same time, or just search "run".
Step 2: Type in "msconfig" Then click the boot tab.
Step 3: Select your current OS and click "Advance Options"
Step 4: In the Advance Options, uncheck "Maximum Memory" meaning Maximum Ram.
Step 5: Reset your computer if asked to then check the increase you've gotten in Task Manager's Performance tab.
Hopefully this helped anyone having the same problem I did, and leave comments if it worked or not.

Do you have 64bit windows? Just curious.
You can check in Steam, go to help>system information in the steam client.
