Hammer is most popular tool for making the maps anddowload to the steam workshop by valve. How to dowload Hammer?

It comes with the game. Download HL2 for example and Hammer is in the directory.

pretty sure it isn't released yet.

Source 2 isn't but there is a 2014 version.
