Insufficient Funds?

I'm trying to buy Watch_Dogs 2... I have enough money in my account, when I go to buy it, it gives me "Insufficient funds". And I've tried so much that I have to wait and try again later... Why?

Cooldown message usually means failed purchases, failed purchases can mean pre-authorization holds, which might explain the insufficient funds message.

By the cooldown message, I mean the "You've made too many attempts at purchasing" one ;-;

Right, I understand. I'd contact your payment provider and confirm there are no holds, which could be causing the insufficient funds error. Beyond that you will have to wait.

Me too I am currently using a visa gift card rn and it said the same thing.
