Few questions for people who used Steam Store in different countries

Hi, I was wondering about some things and I couldn't find answers to this questions anywhere.

1) Let's say I buy games in country A, then I move to country B (and update the store with a corresponding credit card) and buy games in country B. If countries A and B have different currencies in the Store, will the currencies from country A stay the same in purchase history?

2) In the new, country B Store, will the games previously purchased in country A still be marked on the Store page as "in your library"?

3) Will they still be marked if the two versions of the game (version of the country where you bought it and version of the country where you moved to) are different? E.g. you buy US version of any game which is censored in Germany, then you move to Germany and update to the German Store. Will it still say "in your library" for the censored game in german store (or vice versa)?

4) If you move from a country with the censored version of a game to a country with the non-censored version, will you still be able to buy the non-censored version if you already own the censored version? If it's possible to buy it again, then it shouldn't say "in your library", right?

5) When I go to country selector in "Account details", I only see my country. Does it include another country after I move to that country? And if I change my country to that, new country will it still mention my old country in the selector? If you can only choose your current country, what's the point of a "country selector"?

1. I would guess it showed whatever you paid in whatever currency you paid with.

2. Yes. Even if you couldn't play if for some unlucky reason it would still show this.

3. Probably. Steam treats them as one game afaik.

4. You would probably need to remove the game from the account first, you can do this manually from Steam support.

5. I can see "other" right under my country. According to the steam FAQ that you should read the country selected there should be the one you permanently reside in.

EDIT: if you don't have a permanent visa in the new country maybe don't switch countries and it should be fine. But read the thing.

About the article, I've seen and read that before, but I still had questions, mainly about the "in your library" thing in the store as well as censored versions of games.

About the third question, a thing that came to my mind:
For example, Wolfenstein: The New Order is a game which has German, censored edition as an entirely separate app (with separate APPID).

Regular version: https://steamdb.info/app/201810/
German version: https://steamdb.info/app/288570/

So, in the Steam's database they are identified as different games, essentially. If you own one, I don't see why you couldn't buy the other one. The thing is, you can only buy the version depending on the country your store is set to.
Also, a thing I noticed, in Switzerland when you buy Wolfenstein: The New Order, you recieve both the German and the international version. So, they must be separate apps.

The thing that confuses me is, for example Left 4 Dead 2 - it is the same app with same APPID in Germany and in the other countries with no censorship. It does say Low Violence version, but if it's the same APPID, how does it keep track of the versions? I mean, it can remember where you bought it, but it's not really a great way of remembering such things...

Here, on the other hand, I don't think you can buy the same game, essentially, if you already own it, be it the Low Violence or not.

Well, I'm not calling it an issue. Just wanted to hear from people who maybe own some examples of such games or people who have the version which is not from their region (if they recieved a gifted copy).
