Download stops at 50%

I've recently been trying to download Unturned again since I built a new computer. I started downloading it but once it hit 50%, it instantly stopped downloading. It said 0 bytes/s current. I've tried restarting my computer, steam, changing download servers, clearing steam cache, and more but nothing seems to fix it

The trick is to just let it sit there and wait.

Patience is key.

Steam likes to be dodgy when downloading.

8 hrs ? Ive been waiting 12 days, cleaned house re installed steam and still only gets half way , this is BS. STEAM YOUR LOOSING CUSTOM THIS IS BECOMING STOOPID.

Im not going to buy games online @ steam if i can never download or play them. I want to buy so many games here but im not going to if i have to wait weeks to play them,

First thing to try is
Stop download and (left top corner) Steam -> (pop-up window) Settings -> (tab) Downloads -> (button) "Clear Downoad Cache"
Followed by
Library -> rightclick {game} -> (pop-up menu) Properties -> (pop-up window) tab "Local Files" -> (button) Verify Integrity of Game Cache Files.

If the above doesn't help,
(left top corner) Steam -> (pop-up window) Settings -> (tab) Downloads -> Download Region.
Change to another DLregion.

Well its now August and i have left my pc to download for days weeks AND IN TOTAL 7 months have passed since my post above and I still have'nt got one game to finish downloading and have now downloaded over 17 TB of failed game data from steam all failed to finish.

It dos'nt matter which game i try to download nothing ever finishes I even formatted my hard drive, reinstalled win 10 steam 4 times, and still cant get ANY game to finish downloading,

All start and get to various states of download but them stop and no matter how long i wait nothing happens. its been 7 months now. It really should'nt take this long.

CAN A PLAYER GET SOME REAL SUPPORT OVER HERE !!!!! WTF IS GOING ON

On the forum it's gamers helping gamers. For "real support" you need to write a ticket to >>Steam Support (link)<<. However, all they initially can do is asking you to perform checks outlined in articles like these below. So if you already checked all these, were there any noteworthy results?
