How do I exchange games for 1 game on steam?

I brought 2 copies of wwe 2k16 one for myself and other for my friend. my friend dosen’t have a good computer to play it. and i can’t download it because of it’s 40gb size(i have already downloaded 23 gb buti won’t download it any further.) so can i exchange both of them for 1 watch dogs 2, i like that game sooooooo much that now i am even having dream of playing it. in my inventory i have dirt 3 complete edition(which i played once and knew i that wasted 4gb), streamline (which is free and i don't know how to play and it if free),2 X wwe 2k16, flesh eaters. so is there way to exchange them for watch dogs 2?. their total cost is rs.2097 ($30.95). and watch dogs 2 costs rs.1205($17.67)

but there is a problem for that. i brought 2 copies at sale and the sale is gone now so will i get the moneywhich i paid, or the current price? sale pric won't be able to buy the game

Depending on when you bought it you may be outside the refund requirements already.

You can only get refunds if you've had the game for less than 14 days, and less than 2 hours played. If you got the games during the sale, odds are its been too long to request a refund.
