I have cod mw3 and cod mw2, but when i going to add to steam i have problem with duplicated cod, i have orginal games in my possession.I can prove it

If you activated those keys in the past on another account, the keys are bound to that account forever. You will have to log in to that account to play the games.

If you just purchased the games, you will need to return to where you purchased them and hope they refund you.

where did you get the games?

valve cant just give you a cd key.

What proof do you have? I figure the original boxes and even the receipt for the purchase won't be enough, because they do not proof the games have not been activated before.
Where did you buy the games? Can you possibly return them to the store / try to work something out with them?

buying used pc games has this one problem. that is why you dont see gamestop doing this. once the key has been used the retail version is just a paper weight.
