Trade Holdings and Steam Guard
Hello,
I want to sell some CSGO items on the community market. However, there is a period were Steam holds the items before selling them. According to Steam, having Steam Guard enabled allows you to skip this holding period and sell immediately. However, I have Steam Guard on my phone yet there is still a holding period. How do I fix this?

You have to have the mobile authenticator enabled for 15 days to completely remove the restrictions.

It should say next to the shield
Protected by Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator

But, does the player you're trading with have the same? I think if they're on hold, it holds both of you.

Also could be that with all the scams with CS GO, Steam has just decided to hold all trades.

The member what you want to give the items, need to have the Steam Mobile Authenticator too.

Gold/yellow means Steam does not think you have the mobile authenticator enabled. Did you actually set up the mobile authenticator, or just install the Steam app?
