Any way to contact Steam to recover purchases??

Probably my own stupid fault...upgraded to Windows 10, it required a system reboot which only kept some documents...but not Steam games!! Recently bought new laptop and downloaded Steam but my previously purchased games not in games library!! Surely there must be a way to restore purchases? Heeeelp!! I am very non tech savvy, just like playing my wee LucasArts adventure games. Cn anyone advise or have I lost lot of moneys worth of games? All advice appreciated, many thanks.

As long as you bought a steam game it will be on your steam account and you can redownload it again. (Including save files, if it supports Cloud Saves)

That's correct. What OP says sounds like madness.
I've changed a lot of computers and all you need to do is to confirm your account. Hope you have the right log in and password.
The only games which will be missing in your library are free games.

1. make sure you are logged in on the correct account.

2. any free game is must be installed for it to show up in your library.

All your games are supposed to be in your account on every computer you login (expect if you changed form windows to mac or linux). Maybe you didnt log on the right account.

The account you are using for this post only owns one game, Football Manager 2012, which was last played on Jan 5, 2012.

As others have stated, perhaps you have another account?

Thanks guys, yeah, possibly another account. I couldn't remember my login so used email to get my username which sent me to the one with only FM on it. I'm still getting emails sent to my email address regarding games on my wish list (which doesn't seem to exist in this account!) Will try couple other usernames that I've used for other things before and cross my fingers. Tried file recovery program on old laptop but was taking too long so will need to wait til I've got a spare three hours for it to go through that! Thanks for your help, much appreciated :)
