Steam Gift Country Restricted

Hello. Today I sent a gift to one of my friends.
We live in different countries and these countries are way too far away from each other. It seems that my gift is restricted. Is there any way to solve this problem and will the gift appear after a short time?

You can redeem steam gift code by changing your store country.

step :

1. go to accoun details ( click your username above right )
2. change update store region
3.check the steam gift restriction code country and try change to other country
that allow to redeem that code , then it will redeem without problem.

4. relogin your account

etc : united states , great britain , any country that not restrict.

There is nothing to do unfortunately. Steam warns you when purchasing a gift where it can be redeemed, it's important to read that information carefully. You can request a refund for the gift.

Well for one your bumping a 4 year old thread, and for 2 logging into his account would be a violation of the steam rules and wouldn't change his store region or remove the restriction.
