Report a translation problem
1. Click the Start button.
2. Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
3. While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
Click Yes.
4. Type the following command: regsvr32 /u cabinet.dll.
5. Hit ENTER. This will UN-REGISTER your file.
6. Type the following command: regsvr32 /i cabinet.dll.
7. Hit ENTER. This will RE-REGISTER your file.
8. Close the command prompt window.
9. Re-start the program associated with cabinet.dll error.

Getting an antivirus program and running a scan is always good idea too!
Make sure the cabinet.dll is a valid OCX or dll file then try again"
What I've judged by trying to fix this problem is that my computer doesnt know where the cabinet file is, yet it is there in System32 but ym computer cant find it, guide me to which version of cabinet file should I download.
