How can I copy paste Dota 2 from pc to pc without nothing file deleted when transferring?

Get an Cable LAN then make it Shared file

You can right click on the game in your library, "properies" and find the button that leads to game folder. Copy that folder to the same location on another computer.
(But is it that long just to wait until steam downloads all the files?)
