And where do I go from there? Because whichever way I clicked through it always led me to a dead end. I would like to know how to send them a request, I've already read the FAQ.
Oh, I understand. My request was to remove some badges from my profile. Specifically the badges of Nidhogg, Castlestorm and Tower Wars. I am aware that if this can be done, I will lose anything like coupons, emoticons and backgrounds gained from crafting them as well as a decrease in my Steam level since I also gained 100 XP from the crafting process. I'd be happy if you could help. Thanks once again.
Too bad, thanks anyway :)
you get it when the game is released.
I'm going to call "false" on this one.
1) Can't find any path relevant to my issue: Since LAST NIGHT all my steam games saves have disappeared. No new installations. No new configurations. No scans or clean ups.
2) I've been picking through random paths in the support tree for about an hour now. Not a single one has ended with a "contact steam" button. Several have routed me right back to the beginning of the cycle though.
Honestly, this is the first time I've needed Steam support, but it's kind of a big deal and extremely disappointing that there's no real help available.
So... going to assume you don't work with computers much? Even if something is "not supposed to happen" it often does.
Let's look at this deductively. If my non-Steam games have no problem, and every single one of my Steam gameas has a common problem. What is the common thread? That's right, Steam is. Something happened with Steam causing the problem.
Even if they can't replace it, they can identify the bug and help me prevent it from happening again.
