I live in China and work here
I speak and understand English and these game I really want to play but now dont support english!!!

This is going to get foreigners who live in these countries permanently to pirate the game and not support.

Please fix this or show us how to fix this!

Its mainly the publisher. ACTIVISION and UBISOFT do that for nearly all their games.
If you live in Russia the game has only russian voice and text, if you live in China you only get chinese and maybe russian.
Those publishers are really afraid of cheap reimports.
