No cards for paid games?

Castle Crashers: 33hrs, Does not appear in Badges menu at all

Battleblock Theatre:40hrs, Appears in Badges menu, but 'no card drops remaining'

Bioshock Infinite: 6hrs, fair enough but Does not appear in Badges menu at all

Trine 2: 12hrs, Appears in Badges menu, but 'no card drops remaining'

DmC Devil May Cry: 10hrs Does not appear in Badges menu at all


All of tthe above: Never dropped a card...



Does someone know a reason/fix for any of these? I looked in existing posts and couldn't find a clear solution. Thanks!

Click "How do I earn card drops" on your badges page, next to one of the games. What number is there next to "Card drops received"? You may have obtained the cards already and then traded or sold them at some point and forgot about it.

Some games don't have badges at all so they don't show up in badges menu.

You cannot recieve more than half the required cards for any single badge. So if a game required 8 cards for a badge you can only get 4 cards regardless of how much time you put in and it will say 'no card drops remaining'. You need to buy the rest from community market or trade for the rest.

But I've never gotten a single card from any of those games?
Like I only saw cards for these games in my friend's inventory today and realised they exist, I've never seen them before and had previoussly thought the games didn't have cards at all. :/

Well i have quite a few games and have crafted many a badge and i have never seen a game that has cards not drop the set number of cards that it can before saying 'no more cards remaining'

Do you own the games? If you're family sharing them, they wont drop cards.

Old games in steam wont give you badges anymore , they want you to buy cards to raise your level account , they want money more instead of hardwork.

Checked my trade history, one of them made sense but the other didn't...

It says I traded a Bastion card for another Bastion card but I also don't own any Bastion cards, and it does not show up on my Badge progress...

It honestly feels like I've been hacked but I don't even know...;-;
