[ANSWERED] You must have a valid Steam purchase that is between 30 days and a year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes
I have this restriction: "You must have a valid Steam purchase that is between 30 days and a year old with no recent chargebacks or payment disputes".

My question is if buying a really cheap game (for example 0.19€) from steam store without adding funds to my wallet (because I already have few € in my steam wallet), will it remove this restriction? Or if I buy a cheap game as a gift for my friend without adding funds to my wallet, will it remove the restriction?

EDIT: Answer: You don't need to put real money into steam wallet (if you have money in steam wallet that is). You just need to buy the cheapest game and it will work. To check it you can go to: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWhyCantITrade where there is a countdown till the restriction expire

The point is I will not add fund (I will not put in any real money), I will just purchase a game from my steam wallet money (which was earned by trading csgo skin :P). It would still work?

THIS. It will really work. (means it will end the restriction 30 days after they game is bought, you have then to buy a game once a year to have it stay that way)

As I was asking, so it means I don't need to put in my steam wallet REAL MONEY (from paypal...)

You can see yourself: view-source:http://steamcommunity.com/id/tyzeron?xml=1

This means buying is enough, because at some point in the past you put in the 5$ already, that are necessary to get that status
