Steam Tools
Just found out recently that I have 87 Steam Tools in my library, waiting to be downloaded. What is it for and why is it in my library in the first place?

Steam Tools are stuff usually for developers/server owners. It comes together with a lot of games.

You probably don't need them unless you want to run a specific mod/server or edit a certain level/map etc.

I seem to have tools for Arma 3 and Biohazard 6 which are both games I do not own. Do they come in some sort of package within a game?

I believe those tools are free for all then.

No matter, you shouldn't worry about them if you don't plan on using them.
