Can i get artwork before level 10
I am paying someone to make me artwork so I can put on my steam profile and i was wondering if im able to do so even if im a level 4.

You can upload artwork to your Artwork/Images tab of your profile at any level.

You can not have an Artwork Showcase (or any other showcase) before level 10.
