Tried all those

If the download is corrupt, either a program or setting on your PC is interfering with the download, the download is getting interrupted (e.g. dropped connection), or there is a problem with your hard drive. I'm honestly not sure what else to suggest. You could try checking your hard drive for errors, or moving your Steam installation.

i mean it is random,to give a idea i tried Installing wildstar to try it out today at 4 PM (installed just fine)

at 12n to 3 PM i tried constantly to get a update to work

There is an important distinction between not knowing the cause, and there not being a cause. It's very unlikely this is actually random.
