Cannot redeem fresh cd-key straight from 2K Support
Like in topic; i have some issues with my cd-key from physical copy. 2K support send me a fresh new key just a minutes ago and... still issue. Anyone got clue why?

What does it say when you enter it and what game is it?

There is no such thing like "issues" The key either works or it doesn't. Is far easier to determine what help you need if you provide the exact error message.

Problem is THIS IS FRESH NEW CD-KEY FROM 2K GAMES. Not from shop, not from resseller.
Is it even a Steam Code or just a code to install the Game?.

I would say they give me cd-key not steam code, but i write them that i can't redeem my key into Steam. So if it was about type of key, why they send me another one?
