How do I recover my previous steam avatars?

Go to the folder you uploaded your avatar from if you did that.

I'm on a new pc, and unable to use the one that I uploaded the avatar from.

If you visit your page on https://steamrep.com then you can view some historical info if you log in. They store history of profiles just in case they are scammers.
Might be other sites like it like https://steamid.eu

Steamrep made the avatar to small to be uploaded to steam again, and I can't figure out on how to find my previous avatars on steamid.
