I cannot send a message to Steam Support

As on the title.
I begin with selecting a relevant category.
When I reach the end of the category, I see a button "Help me with my issue".
If I click the button, it takes me back to the very beginning.
So I face "What kind of problem do you have?" again.

I tried Steam client, Firefox, and Chrome.
The results are just the same.
I remember I contacted Steam Support for a few times, but at the moment I simply cannot send a single message to them.
Is this a temporary error or did they decide not to receive any message from individual users?

Turn your adblock off if using one, may be blocking crucial scripts.

What issue are you trying to contact Support about? The contact button is on the bottom of a support article, if applicable. The button on the right always leads to the front page.

Depends on the issue, some categories allow you to send tickets and some others don't.

I do have adblock but does that affect Steam client as well???

According to you and Hodman it seems only some issues allow the ticket. Let me see again.

Well I was curious if the trading cards taken from the previous winter sale are available only for the users above level 8, not 5.

Don't remember exactly but it seems you can reach lvl 8 by completing community tasks.

Steam award cards expire next week.

I managed to select an irrelevant category and could send a message. If anyone can answer my question about the trading cards I'll be grateful. Anyway, thank you all leaving the replies here. :)

in order to receive trading cards from the winter sale you must be at least a level 8 (i believe) during the sale. if you reached level 5 after the sale, you are out of luck.
