It of course depends on what the game try to push at ultra.

I'd view it about as RX 480 = GTX 980 = GTX 1060, about the same level of cards.

And I'd view it as reasonable cards for a 60 FPS experience whereas GTX 1070 maybe could push it up onto ~100 or increse the resolution to WQHD/1440p and the GTX 1080 upwards the 144 or the ~100 in WQHD/1440p and ... 45ish in 4K? Not really enough there.
