Refund Policy for Early Access games
Now, its stated in Steam Refund Policies, that a game cannot be refunded if you buyed it more then 14 days before and you played it for 2 hours.
So, a game that its still in Early Access, shouldnt count as a full released game. A game still in Early Access, by definition, is not been released yet.
Recentrly I asked refund for same games that are in Early Access for ages, not completed and that have still no ETA. Refund Refused.
There is a way to contest it? All my requests are closed and it seems there is no way to contact Steam Support to discuss about it.

No, you were warned on the store page to only purchase a game if you are content with it in its current state.

Early Access games follow the same refund rules

You can call a tail a leg but that doesn't make it a leg.

Early Access games are provided as is. They are not pre-orders. You are buying the game as-is. If you don't want to incur the risk of an Early Access game don't buy it. The refund policy is clear on that. You buy it, you get the game. It has the same refund rules as everything else.

Yes because you do not meet the refund window of LESS than 2 weeks since purchase.

There is nothing to contest. You were given the correct answer to your request.

To quote the Early Access FAQ:
When you buy an Early Access game, you should consider what the game is like to play right now. Look at the screenshots and videos to see what the game looks like in its current state. There are a lot of ways a game can go as it develops over time, so if you aren't excited to play the game in its current state, then hold off and wait until the next update--it shouldn't be far off.

But it has been released. That's why you can buy, download and play it. Released != Complete.

As it should be.

They will tell you the same thing over and over.

Honestly an EA should be refundable at any time you want to, playtime shouldn't matter and neither should the time you've had it, I have 13 hours on Days of War and have had it for like 4-5 months and they recently changed a few things in the game and 95% of the time there are 0 global players online and it's online only, you cannot play the game at all, I want my $25 back and you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ think the EA refund policy should be the same as fully released games, no they ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shouldn't you cannot release a game into EA and after a few months and thousands of sales change the game mechanics and make it a completely different game, it's not fair. ♥♥♥♥ like this is why the gaming industry is dying and for that I hope it does die it's 80% money ♥♥♥♥♥♥, 15% ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and 5% fun

No. but steam does make exceptions, explain your situation calmly with as much proof as you can.
The refund system is fine, and you should stop buying things that you clearly don't understand Zodiac

Seems like you don't understand the point of an "early access" game.

I have bought lots of Early Access games, you can't sell someone a Shooter and then change the mechanics and make it completely different and drive all players away from it, the thing that pisses me off is the developers don't care, the refund system is stupid, you can't after 14 days, you can't after 2 hours playtime, that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, it takes me usually 5 hours to know whether I like or dislike a game and you should have unlimited time to refund it as long as it's under the playtime wtf is the point of the 14 days, what if you don't have a PC at the time or it stops working or you can't install it for a while because you ran out of internet or your internet won't work there are tons of reasons. I just want to refund Days of War because they ruined the game and the only updates they give out are fixing a couple of bugs each month, there are still only like 4 maps, it's buggy as hell and 95% of the time there are 0 global players. I'm sorry but I don't see how anyone on this planet can like and support this refund system or developers that take the money of players and run with it a few bug fixes each month isn't acceptable, the game has been out for 5 months and the only new content they have added was 1 map which isn't finished properly and they removed a bunch of other things. They also said that the direction of the game is going to go the way they want not the players, the developers aren't the people who are going to be playing it when it's done, they'll be moving on to other stuff

You know this also happens in fully released games to, right?

Those aren't serious reasons! No one can fix those kind of *it's-life-♥♥♥♥-happens* issues but YOU.

What exactly is stopping you from only buying fully released games?

And therein lies the big question.

Amazing how many people forget that 'waiting for full release' is an option.
