I purchased a game and my money is taken and yet I don't have it? please help!
Hello.
I always buy things from steam via onecard. The last game i bought is The culling. i got an email from onecard that the money has been sent to steam. but I didn't get the game? this is the first time to happen? how can I contact steam? please help!

Was your transaction successful?
Check this link to see the status of your transaction:

Pending means Valve hasn't got the money yet.
It can turn into;
1. Sucessful - You get the game/wallet money
2. Failed - You don't get the game/wallet money and your money is on hold, your payment processor will return it to you within the next few business days.

Did you get any email from STeam that they have recieved the funds and "thank you for your purchase" etc.?

It said pending before few minutes. now its FAILED. Are you sure i'm gonna have my money back? thx

If it failed then depending where you live it can take few days to get the refund. If not then contact eithar Steam, your bank or both.

contact steam support.it will take 1-2 days to answer,but they will find out what happened with your money
