Want to play a friends copy of a game i own.
Hello , i own say for instance Total War Attila, my friend does too , owns all the dlcs ,
and allows me to access all his games via steam sharing .
I cannot play his copy to try them out.

Also i share with two friends, who both have doubles between them,
say i want to play the game of a friend who owns a different dlc .
How do i switch between them?

Also i seem to have the problem that i cannot seem to access the games of one of my friends ,
and only have the games of the other in my list.

We tried it out on his second pc at his house earlier ,
and could only find the other friends games despite checking that my account was authorized and everything

If your friend has the same game as you and they have DLC for said game and you don't --- then you can't play their game with DLC. Sorry, but you can't.

On the other hand, if you don't have the game that they have --- then you can play their game with their DLC if they have any.

is anyone sharing mutually with two friends? if so do both friends games show up?
And also if both have the same game can you choose which one to play?

Friend 1 shares with me, i see his games.
Friend 2 shares with me , i do not see his games .
Friend 1 owns total war warhammer without dlc.
Friend 2 owns total war warhammer with all the dlc .
He even showed me his screen proving that all his games are shared .
Yet i do not see any of his games,
let alone being able to switch between playing friend 1s copy and Friend 2s.

The short answer is both their libraries should be visible, but if both people own a game you will share the game from the first person you started sharing with.

is there some kind of cooldown if i ask friend 1 to stop sharing and restart sharing?
Also i do not know why i do not see Friend 2s games.

He showed the screen in settings family with my pc checked,
his pc at his house when running my steam account showed the same as on my home pc ;
the same game shared by friend 1, and no games from him, friend 2.

There is no cooldown that I am aware of. All I can suggest is having the second friend deauthorize you, then reauthorize you.
