Report a translation problem
First try restarting your PC. Test the issue. If the issue persists, disable your antivirus. Test the issue. If the issue persists, restart your PC in safe mode. Test the issue.
My solution was to delete internal files and folders first. Sometimes I needed to delete the files inside a folder before I could delete the actual folder. Try to delete a folder if it fails expolre it and delete everything inside. Repeat for all folders until you can remove the main folder.
Don't have them installed in the programs folder. Install them elsewhere on your hard drive. A separate partition would be best.
